I do remember that one... when Henderson was recently signed by the Red Sox last year or two years ago, on a Sunday Night Baseball game, Joe Morgan said that story when he was up to bat.

As believable as it is coming from Rickey, the story isn't even true. Whoever it was that initially printed/told the story later admitted that Rickey's little conversation with Olerud never happened.

To be fair, for Ricky to notice, much less comment on such a thing would have to mean he was paying attention to someone other than himself.
