    for anyone who says they are mediocre.

    Division Ranks, by average number of wins per team.

    AL West= 32.75 wins
    NL CENTRAL= 31.8 wins
    AL East= 31.6 wins
    AL Central/NL East= 29.6 wins
    NL West= 28.8 wins


    2nd highest....hardly mediocre I think

            well i think his point is that those wins are all against the mediocre teams in the division. so i really dont think that is a good comparison.
            favorite teams
            nfl- carolina panthers
            nba- boston celtics (bobcats are a close second)
            mlb- boston redsox
            nhl- carolina hurricanes
            ncaa- east carolina pirates

                        Surprisingly the Pirates have the strongest schedule of all the NLC Teams.

                        I still think this is the toughest division in baseball right now. Yes the NLC leaders get to beatup on the Pirates and Brewers for much of the season, but they still have to play each other. HOU, STL and CHC are all excellent playoff caliber teams.
