if he had gotten run support in more of his starts hes a 10 game winner easily. had the 18 k game against the braves and a few weeks back threw a 1 hitter in 9 innings. hasn't given up more than 4 runs in any start all year.
-Closer Dan Kolb 0-0 0.98 ERA 21 SV in 22 SVO
this guy has been as close to automatic as you can be this season without being Gagne. only blown 1 save all year
-First Baseman Lyle Overbay .345 BA 7HR 50 RBI .412 OBP
this guy came to milwaukee in the Richie Sexson trade and has been great this year. has had an 18 game hitting streak and a 16 game hitting streak. he's pretty much been consistent all year
-Starting Pitcher Doug Davis 7-5 3.28 ERA 66 K 32 BB
this guy is someone who i think probably needs a couple more good starts to really be considered a candidate for the all star game but with how he's pitched this year, he can do that. he doesn't have a great record but has a good era and has given the brewers a chance to win the game in each of his starts
