Urbina wouldn't be bad choice either, too bad he missed the first 3 weeks of the season.
Who from your team do you think deserves to be an All -Star????

10-2 now. He has to bwe the worst 10 game winner I've ever seen at this point in the season. He's been below average all year, there's no way he deserves to make the All-Star Game. He's just lucky that he gets 10 runs of support every time he goes out there.Comment

Re: Who from your team do you think deserves to be an All -Star????
Team: Chicago White Sox
Player(s) most likey to go:
Frank Thomas-1b/DH (.282 avg, 18 HR's, 47 RBI's): The most recognizable player on the Soxs. Leads the AL in walks.
Player(s) that deserve to go:
Carlos Lee-LF (.296 avg, 6 HR's, 38 RBI's): Because of his low power numbers he probably won't go. But you can't deny the 29 game hitting streak this year. Most in the majors this year.
Shingo Takatsu (4-0, 0.92 ERA): If he was closing in the beginning of the year he would have definately been a lock. 28 inning scoreless streak is nothing to look over.
Paul Konerko (.280 avg, 19 HR's, 53 RBI's): Quitely having a solid year. But that's the problem. It's too quiet.
Player(s) who for a minute I though...
Juan Uribe (.292 avg, 11 HR's, 35 RBI'): Was lighting the league up for the first part of the season getting his average as high as .335 on Memorial Day. Over-swinging at a lot of pitches lately since he found out he could hit.
Maggilo Ordonez (.311 avg, 8 HR's, 34 RBI's): He would have been a lock if it wasn't for the injury.
Scott Schoeneweis (5-6 4.36 ERA): Started off 4-1 with an ERA of 3.33. Then started to tail off as a result of the injury.
Mark Buehrle (7-2 4.49 ERA): Started off 7-1 with an ERA of 3.65. Then he got shelled against Exposand the Indians. He finally came back to form last night against the Twins but it's probably too late.
I have more respect for a man who let's me know where he stands, even if he's wrong. Than the one who comes up like an angel and is nothing but a devil. - Malcolm XComment
