I don't know a site that has all of baseball's contacts. Normally when I'm looking for one I just search google and normally it'll find an archive from Yahoo or ESPN from when the player was signed, with length and amount.

But as for Dotel, he signed a one-year, $2.8 million contract with the 'Stros in January to avoid arbitration. He's elibigle for arbitration the next two seasons also, if the A's don't non-tender him.
