If you haven't seen Monday's Sportcenter of Sunday's games. Catch the Tigers/White Sox highlights. Bobby Higginson misplays a ball in the rightfield corner...slides...picks the ball up on a bounce....and absolutely RIFLES the runner out going to 3rd. The throw is UNBELIEVABLE!!!

I was watching a Expos - Rockie game a few years ago and saw the best throw I ever saw. The Rockies had a guy on second and some hitter hit the ball to Vlad on the warning track . The guy at 2nd tagged and started going to third ... Well Vladdy threw a bullet from the wall to 3rd and got him out. -

Those were both really good, but I don't think anything will top the clips I've seen of of Roberto Clemente throwing lasers from the right field corner to home. I think the beginning video of ASB 2004 shows a pretty good one from Vlad gunning someone out at home on the fly without much effort (ie no crow hop or follow through)Comment
