    Nomar wants traded?

According to Sporting News radio, the Cubs and Red Sox are in trade negotiations over Nomar. I guess Nomar has publicly stated that he's very unhappy in Boston again.

    Cubs get: Nomar

Red Sox get: Matt Clement and Alex Gonzalez

    Thoughts?

Yeah, this has been out there for a while now. As much as I would like to have Nomar he has a history of injuries and I feel Clement and player X might be too much to give up. In all honesty too, if the Cubs were going to make a move they should have done it weeks ago. Besides, this team is underachieving and I question whether throwing them a life raft will really help them.
