    Giambi(sp?) has a tumor....

              Benign is the word you wanna be hearing right now. That means its not cancerous. But tests and more evaltuation is going on.

                                                      Giambi's tumor is a pituitary tumor. This was unreleased until now due to the BALCO scandal.

                                                      Pituitary tumors are often associated with steroid use although there are no documented studies to back this up.
