    Larry Walker...

    Larry Walker killed a deal that would have sent him to Texas. These guys and their no-trade clauses.

      but apparently they were going to get Ian Kinsler and Erik Thompson.

      Too high a price to pay in my opinion.

              I have no clue why he would nix a deal to go to the Rangers. I think that that could've been a good fit for him. The Rangers have some good talent and a nucleus for the future. (at least on the offensive side) The pitching may be a bit shaky but they will make the playoffs IMO and who knows what could happen.

                  I have no clue why he would nix a deal to go to the Rangers. I think that that could've been a good fit for him. The Rangers have some good talent and a nucleus for the future.                       As much as i love Larry,being a former Expo,i don't think the Rangers really need him...

                      But really can you blame him?He wants to get in the HOF and the only way he'll do that is by padding his stats in Coors.
