    A's v Yankees - 3 Game Series

Its gonna be a great series in the Bronx. Both teams are hot, and Mulder is currently going for his league-leading 15th win at Yankee Stadium today. Well anyways, the A's are absolutely torching the Yankees now. The score is 10-4, A's up, and we're now in the bottom of the 7th. Scott Hatteberg and Adam Melhuse each launched a homer, Crosby is again showing that he deserves the AL Rookie of the Year, and Jermaine Dye made yet ANOTHER great catch which is sure to be a Top 10 on SportsCenter.

On the other side, Jorge Posada I believe hit a 3-run shot in the first, and Gary Sheffield hit a solo shot in the 3rd, which gave the Yankees a 4-1 lead. But the A's scored 9 straight. Also, Lieber of the Yanks was taken out in the 5th after giving up a 2-run shot to Scott Hatteberg. What made sure he was being taken out was the pitch after he gave up the home run, as he was winding up, he tripped face flat

Well, looks like Mulder will get #15, but it should be a great series in the Bronx.

That big game in this series is the one Hudson starts. The A's need him to pitch well if they want to get into the postseason.

2nd game was pretty good, Sheffield ties it, Arod wins it.
