Belongs to the Padres... how they're in second place... it's a miracle.

Awsome avatar Rage. I know you've been on of Perez's biggest supporters even before the trade last year.

After seeing some of Khalil Greene over the weekend it looks like it may come down to the wire between Greene and Bay for ROY. Bay has had flashes where he hits everything but then he goes 2 weeks with tons of strikeouts. Greene has looked pretty solid all season and has made some fantastic defensive plays. It seems I see him everyday on Web Gems. Gonna be a good race.

diamondbacks are worse. Nobody expected them to be worst than the montreal expos. I mean they are like 10.5 games behind the expos and even seattle and kansas city aren't that bad

Thanks for the avatar props. I just made it last night, I've supported Ollie since his major-league debut 2 years ago. He's finally blossemed to that pitcher that everyone saw in 2002. He's still got a little rough spots, but he's becoming a smart pitcher (I noticed he changed up his deliveries yesterday, with his usual three-quarters, then once in a while sidearm, to that little hesitation he has to fool hitters, he owned Giles...)

Anyways, to the ROTY. Bay was on nobodies radar before the season started, except mine. If he had more coverage then he'd be pulling away from it, but he doesn't get the exposure that Khalil gets. It's seems that the award goes to whoever gets the most media attention, just look at Willis and Webb last season, Webb had far better numbers, but Willis grabbed the media early in the season. I'm hoping the ROTY race is as advertised.
