Marco Scutaro Walk off Home Run

marco scutaro just hit a walk off 3-run homerun to give the A's the 3-0 win agains the orioles. awesome pitchers duel, harden threw great. didnt get the win, but pitched 8 great scoreless innings. and of course, like any other A's walk off home run hitter, he received a pie to the face during the interview haha. i love pitchers duels.

I care, because you make a good point. The A's couldn't score a damned run off of BRUCE FRICKIN' CHEN! All of a sudden a guy who really isn't expecting a career in home run hitting gets his first, and probably last walkoff homerun by almost luck. Now, I am by no means a fan of the O's OR the A's, but I'm simply saying you shouldn't act like your team was all talented and unbeatable when they basically got a lucky shot off of the bat of one of their weaker hitters , powerfully speaking. Great game, loved the pitchers duel, but don't go off acting all frickin' brash just because the one thing you never expected to happen did (which tends to point more to LUCK than SKILL).

Huh? What? Obviously you must not be talking about me becuse I'm not acting like my team is unbeatable and all talented. I was just happy that they won and kept their AL west lead. But forgive me I guess Im just an idiot for being happy that my team won,for being happy that kept their lead in AL west.

By the way that "weak hitter" is one of the most clutchest hitters on the team

The way the O's are playing lately (9 straight losses), Marco Polo could have hit the HR.

I don't know who the play by play guy on ESPN2 was but I was about to punch a freakin' hole in my TV because of him. "A walk off home run, by MARIO SCUTARO!"....He called him that for the whole game...you'd think he'd have a media guide or something...
