    Royal Beating

The Kansas City Royals, arguably the worst team in all of Baseball, were manhandled by the Anaheim Angels offense losing 21-6 at the hands of the Angels completing a 3 game sweep for the halo's, dropping the Royals record to a miserable 44-80, the worst record after 124 games in franchise history. The Angels were rolling scoring in 5 straight innings including 3 innings in which they scored 5 or more runs, Jose Molina hit his first career grand slam and Jeff DaVanon became the first Angel since Dave Winfield on june 24 1991 to hit for the cycle, also against the Royals.

After watching the Royals play this season it is almost hard to believe that this team was competing for the Central division title last year. while i don't think this team will lose 119 games i think 110 is not out of the question with the way they are playing of late. you have to feel sorry for Tony Pena, who, if the Royals have a chance at turning it around next season, may not be there to see it.

Last year they hit very well with people in scoring position this year they aren't. Overhyped offense imo. Anyways can you still believe the the diamondbacks are doing worse.
Just wait till Arsenal moves into Emirates Stadium.

If the Giants were in first place i would say this is the best year for Bay Area in a long time not having to worry about to pesky d-backs.

yeah Randy Johnson struck out 11 and allowed 3 hits and still lost yet most pitchers for the yankees have an era over 4.00 and a win percentage way over .500.
