    At the beginning of the year, the only thing you can do is choose the best team on paper. Baseball is a long season with too many variables to predict something to happen 6+ months from now. The best team doesn't usually win the World Series. The team that catches fire and plays there best baseball during the last month of the season does. It's pretty hard to pick that team in April
