He has hesitated a few times. Not sure if he is getting a bad read off the bat or if the lights are interfering. Definitely been a rough go out there tonight.Cubs | Bulls | Dolphins | 'Noles

It's too bad, because he was spot on about how his front leg was slowing him down.
Unfortunately, he stumbled his way through the explanation and anyone who may have been interested in what he was saying would have been totally screwed if they didn't know pitching mechanics.Too Old To Game Club

You're exactly right, he was spot on with everything he was saying but he didn't know how to word any of it and was making a little bit of a fool of himself in a way by seemingly rambling on live television. It's too bad, because he was spot on about how his front leg was slowing him down.

Re: 4/5 - 4/19 Game Discussion Thread
Eh, his explanation of throwing off of a "soft front leg" is way off. Very few MLB pitchers do this (he didn't himself). There is a difference between a bent front leg and a soft front leg, and he was way off in his description. Straightening the leg is not a bad thing and really doesn't affect control directly. It's too bad, because he was spot on about how his front leg was slowing him down.
