I think they were starting to grow out mustaches and got hot as a pistol and now it's a thing.

I can handle mustaches far more than scraggly beard men.

Annnnnd this is more like the Lincecum of recent years. I love Kruk and Kuip (the Giants broadcasters), but sometimes they let what they want to be true cloud the reality.

Don't be surprised if they try to trade for another SS, Move Guerrero to SS, or call up Seager. Especially if Rollins is still playing terribly by the All Star break.

Guerrero would be a disaster at SS, me thinks. But considering his bat is a million times better than Rollins, the trade-off might be worth it. Wouldn't mind seeing Turner start full-time there, but he might be flipped in a couple of months for another arm.

Our team really does have an embarrassment of riches on our bench.

Guerrero would be a disaster at SS, me thinks. But considering his bat is a million times better than Rollins, the trade-off might be worth it. Wouldn't mind seeing Turner start full-time there, but he might be flipped in a couple of months for another arm.

May very well be a disaster, but the trade off is worth it as you stated. SS is his natural position. Turner wouldn't be a bad option either.

Astros move to 22-13 with a 6-4 comeback win tonight against the Jays.

Jays bullpen is horrible. This team should be at least 4 games over .500 right now.

And nothing ever gets done about their pitching. Jays have had both good pitching AND offense in 20 years. They've had best pitching in league, and best offense in league, at various points since then, but never both in same year. It's like the second they get great offense,rotation sucks(aka the Bautista era). And second they get great rotation,offense sucks(aka Halladay era)

This is partly why i'm hoping the new President is more of a baseball rather than business guy. I want to see the Jays employ the model of teams like the A's, Red Sox, Dodgers, Cubs etc etc.

If the Jays hope to make noise in the AL East this year they can't afford to blow games like yesterday. Having a new culture from the top on down would be the best thing for this organization.

Phillies have called up their #3 prospect Maikel Franco. He will be the new everyday third baseman. Franco is also the 56th best prospect in the Top 100. Kid has been raking in Triple-A this year. I really hope he does well and crushes the ball in the big leagues. Can't wait to watch him tonight.

The Astros have the most improved bullpen in baseball. Their ERA is down something like 2.10 per game.

Trust me, the Astros led the Majors in blown saves so I completely understand your frustration.

You don't want Domonic Brown. Haha. Trust me. Kid has been such a bust. His year in 2013 was a fluke. He numbers were so good because he had an unreal month of May that year.
