This is partly why i'm hoping the new President is more of a baseball rather than business guy. I want to see the Jays employ the model of teams like the A's, Red Sox, Dodgers, Cubs etc etc.

If the Jays hope to make noise in the AL East this year they can't afford to blow games like yesterday. Having a new culture from the top on down would be the best thing for this organization.

But when you're owned by a company like Rogers(and for the other Toronto teams,MLSE(Rogers/Bell)), you're gonna only be getting business guys for the most part.
