That Jarrod Parker video was tough to watch. Reminded me of Dave Dravecky the way the pitch went flying after he released it.

Re: 5/4 - 5/17 Game Discussion Thread
Hanley Ramirez has a .400 wOBA and a 0 WAR.
Wonder if the Red Sox should move him to 1B, since he clearly doesn't get how to play the outfield.I write things on the Internet.

Re: 5/4 - 5/17 Game Discussion Thread
What's frustrating with the Braves this year is the offense has been perfectly fine and the pitching has been abysmal at best. It was supposed to be the other way around. Teheran is average at best, the bullpen flat out stinks and has got to be one of the worst in the entire majors.
They were supposed to be a bad offensive team and that was going to be the reason they struggled all year. Had they had just average pitching, they'd easily be above .500. It's just frustrating to watch. It feels like I've seen the Braves give up more than 5 runs more times this season already than the last 3 years combined.“No one is more hated than he who speaks the truth.”

Re: 5/4 - 5/17 Game Discussion Thread
Since that miracle 13-12 win against the Braves that I said would jumpstart their season that was dead in the water to that point, the Nationals are 8-2. Just as I ****ing expected. And here they are with another walkoff and their best offensive player finally turning into what he's supposed to be this entire time, with 6 HRs in his last 13 at-bats.
Also, of course our bullpen sucks. You attach the best closer in baseball in a deal just rid yourself of one of the biggest losers and worst contracts of all-time, of course your bullpen is gonna suck.
Frustrating.Comment

Nope, he tried a comeback in '05 and only pitched an inning in spring training, went to the minors and didn't pitch at all for the entire season. He did play in a semi-pro league that year though.Member of the Official OS Bills Backers Club
