So on Friday, a blogger wrote an article about how our offense compared to the 1927 Yankees statistically. Since that article came out, 2 runs in 4 games. And we face Bum today. Awesome.

Well Kershaw may need to throw a 15 inning shutout the way our offense has been swinging the bat lately. Even with Kershaw pitching today, I don't have any confidence that we will win.

Baltimore is up 4-0 and still batting in the second over seattle in one of the 6 early games. Pearce connected with a grand slam in the inning

I realize that umpires can't always make the perfect call, and that they shouldn't just sit there take a bunch of bs from players and managers, but I'm sick them putting on their own little show, nobody is there to watch them. That ejection of Bryce Harper was bull, Hudson, got butt hurt when Bryce was still fuming, and then he countered with an ejection.

It's time for MLB, to police their umpires much better, players and managers get suspensions, but umpires don't? That's sending the wrong message. I'm almost in favor of getting rid of them altogether. Shutup and do your job.

Yeah, well, eventually Joc Pederson, Adrian Gonzalez, and Alex Guerrero were going to stop with the Barry Bonds impressions.

Hopefully regression works the other way as well and Kershaw stops getting BABIPed to death.

Well, when you've been told you're God's gift to baseball for the last decade, humility ain't gonna be easy to come by.

Well, they did come to see Harper. The fans are there, for the most part, to see the stars play.

Really sucks for the kid sitting in the nose bleeds, wearing a Bryce Harper jersey. His parents take him to one game a year, maybe two if he's lucky. Sorry kid, ump felt like going on a power trip so Harper's only gonna play 3 innings tonight!

The dumb thing about the Harper ejection is he isn't even doing anything anymore when the ump decides to run him. The manager is the one that escalates things. What's Harper supposed to do at that point? Just hang out in the batter's box while the grown men around him act like toddlers? Harper said his piece then was ready to continue.

Then you get the "OMG HE DOESN'T RESPECT THE GAME" cries like he's the only one to ever say something and shake his head at a terrible strike call.

Annoying all around.
