Prob cause of the field(from a players perspective) and the lack of sight lines(from fan perspective).

Don't get how someone could call Rogers Centre a "cookie cutter stadium" when it's really a diff look than most other MLB stadiums(in both a good and bad way).

Though the part about Rogers Centre I hate is the lack of a 2nd jumbotron. I know it sounds like a stupid thing to hate, but that's the part I hate about sitting in the far part of the OF. Cause then you're cut off from the jumbotron, so you can't see replays, anything during commercial breaks, or anything else during the game(like the other teams lineup and stuff). Not to mention sitting in the higher up seats in 200 level(and most seats in 100 HR level) suck too cause of the level above it hanging over your head,so you feel more cut off with less of a view.

Just because somebody makes an negative observation or comment about the Astros doesn't make them haters. You know how many people in here could be labeled haters of their own team if we followed that?

The season is full of tests. As fans of the game we're going point them out and discuss them. Take the us against the world blinders off and you'd be surprised how many people are actually pulling for the 'stros (and Twins & Cubs for me anyway).

Yeah, most people here are great. I know that. However, I don't live in this thread and in the real world I hear alot of stupidity. I'm fairly certain no one here used the words "Tigers" and "expose" together. Those are the words I used here though because I've heard them alot.

Like I said in that other thread, just enjoy the ride. This is a lot more fun than being out of it by now. Baseball is a weird sport where predictions are often made to look silly. Just be glad this isn't other leagues where there's about 3-4 teams that even have a realistic chance at doing something.

seems perfectly reasonable to doubt the astros...

but with the ALW being acrapshoot...gotta like their chances.

            Meanwhile...AL Central...best Division in baseball?

Quarter of the way through the season, it's definitely up there. But a quarter of the season doesn't mean much. The Twins have to continue getting good starts from their young arms May and Gibson, or they'll go into a tailspin.

I'd also like to see them jettison Ricky Nolasco somehow. He's a bum.

The Astros and Twins are both going to get the "yeah yeah, wait til August" type of reaction until they actually prove that they're in it for the long haul. as i've said in another thread the same thing happened to the Royals last season and now everyone is on their jock this year!

Anywho, i'm actually happy to see those two fanbases have something to cheer for this season. I think the Twins situation is a bit more surprising as no one really thought they had a chance to do anything of substance this year while the Astros have a load of good young talent that just needs to mature together.

If I had to vote right now Molitor would get my Manager of the Year vote in the AL.

Yankees are all over the Royals. I was playing the show and the live score said 11-0 I thought it was a bug or something. Turned on YES and was shocked.

The one time where I'm glad the Yankees are putting it on someone. Meanwhile the Twins just threw a 6 on the board in the 2nd. Up 7-0.

Now Nolasco is trying to give as much back as he can. 2nd and 3rd with 1 out in the top of the 3rd.

Tigers offense has been crap all year.

How many teams wish they had a crappy offense that was top 7 in every category except HR and top 3 in SLG, OBP, OPS, AVG?

Stanton just made a catch...just...wow. The Marlins might have been a train wreck so far, but he has been a joy to watch.

And then he comes up and blasts an opposite field homer. If he played in NY/LA he'd be talked about like Trout/Harper.
