I agree with you guys that's why it's a tough decision to make. If the Jays are still hanging around and are in spitting distance of the playoffs I don't see a trade like that happening but I do see something happening to bolster the bullpen and maybe try to get a back end rotation guy.

Take Jonathan Broxton, Krod, Kyle Lohse and Matt Garza.

I wonder if KC's below average starting pitching will catch up with them. That bullpen is great but can they carry the starters all year?

The Twins and Royals will play a series starting Monday that actually means something to both teams. When's the last time that happened, the mid-80s?

Braves DFA Eric Young...good. He's replaced by Joey Terdoslavich...bleh.

Nationals have contacted the A's about a possible trade involving Ben Zobrist.

I don't know what Zobrist is up to nowadays or if he can do anything worth a damn still but I'd like to see if we could use him as an upgrade over Gomes/Cunningham platoon offensively.

Step at a time, my friend...step at a time.

                  Eric Stults hopefully is next.

LOL...Stults was traded 10 days ago to the Dodgers!

                      I know hindsight is 20/20, but ...

Coming out spring training, we let Wandy Rodriguez go and kept Eric Stults. We never really gave Todd Cunningham a shot to make the opening day roster, but we kept Young. We let Jose Veras go, and while he's nothing special, he could probably help our dumpster fire of a bullpen right about now. We'd also probably still be running Callaspo out there at second if he hadn't shown up out of shape.

                        Then that's two steps.

Then Trevor Cahill is next in line.

Apparently a shard of Brett Lawrie's broken bat struck a woman above the eye at Fenway.

I saw the picture, it looked like a UFC fighter when they get cut.

You could hear her screaming in pain on the broadcast. I'm not sure what MLB is waiting for to start using the Bat Glove.

Wow...This is what I was looking for when it comes to Aaron Sanchez as a starter. He's nearly finished with a truly dominating start against the Astros.

Story on ESPN says the injury is life threatening. Hope that's not true and she's able to recover.
