Beginning of huge end of season for jays. Twins and yankees this week! Jays could be leading 2nd wc by abit,maybe even jump into 1st wc. And gain serious ground on yankees. 13 gms vs yankees to close out year. If jays can go at least 8-5 in those 13,they'd have strong shot of being 1st in east

Is he pitching tomorrow? Because then that would be 2 top prospects making their debuts against each other. As Henry Owens is going for the Sox.

We're now heading into the most crucial stretch of baseball for the Jays since 1998 and even then their chances weren't THAT realistic. This time the Jays have a legit chance to make it and if they don't than they've got no one to blame but themselves.

Price makes his debut today and the spillover effect from yesterday with the added enthusiasm of the crowd today should make it an electric atmosphere at the dome reminiscent of the good ol' days when it usually packed in 50K a night.

I love it! (in re: to KC) The Jays haven't had any rivalry this intense since the mid '80s with the Tigers.

Anywho, solid start for Price. The crowd seemed very much like "I can't believe he's pitching for us". It's really an exciting time to be a Jays fan right now.
