Question about the chair tossing incident

I have to admit I dont follow much baseball (I am a Orioles fan, nuff said) but I did hear about this last night. I have been at school all day, but this has kind of been eating away at me.

WHy was this guy allowed to play in the game yesterday? I heard he was arrested, but why wouldnt baseball suspend him indifinatly from going to any baseball game and then hand out his punishment?

Maybe its just me, but seeing this happen is kind of like seeing that spoiled kid in the mall. You just kind of stand back and ask "why arent the parents doing anything"

    Thanks

Re: Question about the chair tossing incident

MLB and Sandy Alderson more specifically are investigating the incident. Until then he is eligible to play in the Rangers games. MLB issued a statement that they expect the investigation to conclude and punishment handed down by the end of the week.

Although it looks like Francisco is about as guilty as can be, they still have to get both sides of the story and then hand down a fair and just punishment.

I guess. IMO its pretty clear he lost his cool, and I dont think he should be in any ballparks for a while.

After the ruling comes down he won't be.
