Migeul Cairo needs to take at least a pitch before hitting, but i won't be complaining if he hits a homer. The yanks need to make schilling throw a lot of pitches.

Re: Yankees-Red Sox ALCS Thread
If you're Boston, you gotta pull Schilling very soon. He's not himself tonight and it's probably the injury to his pushoff ankle. He's got no pop on his pitches and can't locate any of them. It's just going to get uglier IMO....Comment

I agree with ya joeboo. I guess this is what Schill gets for saying there's nothing like shutting up 55,000 screaming Yankee fans.Member of the Official OS Bills Backers Club

It's kind of dissapointing to see because I was hoping this would be a close game tonight. There's still a lot left, but 6 runs is a big hole and Mussina looks good right now.Comment

The "Who's Your Daddy?" chants have started already.
6-0 Yankees. Whether it's injury, command, or probably both, Schilling has nothing.
At least he did his job of shutting up 55,000 fans.Originally posted by Jay BilasThe question isn't whether UConn belongs with the elites, but over the last 20 years, whether the rest of the college basketball elite belongs with UConnComment

If they do, ehhhhh, I'll take STL. I think STL's O is good enough to offset their mediocre pitching. Should be a good series also...Comment

Re: Yankees-Red Sox ALCS Thread
There's no such thing as Karma, but a bad ankle will make you pitch bad. Clearly, Schilling shouldn't be out there right now. Francona needs to pull him and hope his team can comeback and Schilling can make a start later in the series but I think Schilling's post season may be over regardless of the outcome of this series.Comment
