Before the Yanks fans get too excited, let's realize something: they've only played at Yankee Stadium. Teams are supposed to lose on the road more often! As long as the Red Sox win all three in Boston then they have a great chance to win one of the remaining games in New York.

What you are saying is the Red sox have to take four out of five games.That could be very tough.The Yankees should win one in Boston.I like their chances with Brown and El Duque piching the next two games.We will see though.

I have a feeling that this is the BoSox last really great year. The pitching is starting to get old and while they've got great hitters I think the losing to the Yanks will finally get to them. They don't have your typical power hitter types so they could decline a lot quicker.

The Sox will never spend as much money as the Yanks so while they may get some great FAs they're going to cut back on payroll a bit. '05 may be a great year for Baltimore or Toronto (I hope) to make a run at 2nd place.

Even with a huge offensive year the O's couldn't even finish .500

And as for the Jays, I'm just hoping they can win 75 games next year. The team has no offence or bullpen. And to make matters worst they don't have the payroll budget to sign the Grade A FA's to help the club.

As a Red Sox fan I have to agree. I like their chances against Brown and El Duque but I'm not too confident about having to face Mussina and Lieber again in games 5 and 6. Especially since it will be Mussina vs Derek Lowe.

Not saying that the Red Sox WILL come back and win, but come on. It's not over till it's over, especially in baseball when anything can happen. Bronson Arroyo needs to have a HUGE game to keep us in the series, because if the Yankees win tomorrow, it's over. I just PRAY that the Sox can sweep at home these next three games, then head back to Yankee Stadium to take one.
