Oh I know, I'm just saying the game is very different now. Some fan bases really will have to wait 10+ years or already have, won't be us though.

Depends on what you're waiting for. Are you expecting late 90's, early 00's dominance where NY wins the division title every year? Because I think those days are over. Boston isn't going anywhere. Baltimore has been a solid, .500+ team for several years now. Toronto has a rotation for the future and is spending money so they might not keep up the offensive numbers they've had the past few years, but I doubt they fall back to the '3rd place every season' team that the Yankees got to play against 15 years ago. And Tampa Bay I doubt stays in the cellar forever.

I think the East is a division we'll continue to see turnover in. They've had 5 different division champions in 6 years. The two wildcards helps so that even if you don't win, you're still in.

Severino sure was something today.

I still liked some of what I saw, but he's certainly a work in progress, I still think he's gonna be a valuable pitcher for us one day.

Boston will be very good for a long time.

Baltimore I'll wait until they lock down their best player before I worry too much about them long term.

Toronto I don't even know what they're going to look like next year if Bautista and Edwin leave. Rotation for the future...we'll see. They've got 2 starters under 32. And a weak system.

I'm confident the Yankees will reign once again.

Maybe out of the bullpen, sure.

He just needs to work on his change, and his fastball location, his slider is devastating He's only up right now, because Eovaldi is injured.

Yankees and Redsox are on another collision course with each other in the AL East.

I really think it will between those two teams again. Not that the Blue Jays are pushovers. But looking at both Boston and NYY's farm system, and the projected future. They are both gonna be really tough.

... I never said you couldn't. I'm speaking for me lol. I'll wait until the Blue Jays make a WS before I factor them into my long term plans. Always their fans talking the most. If the Yankees win another WS before the Blue Jays I don't want to hear anything from their fans again lol.
