I think it's ridiculous that the Angels have fed 300 innings to Jered Weaver over the past 2 years. He hasn't been good enough to be in the big leagues since about 2013. Weaver is striking out a sorry 4.5/9 and has a 5.89 xFIP.


On another note, Kris Bryant with 3 more hits tonight. He's batting .300 after starting yesterday batting .289. An impressive bump considering he's at 450 ABs.

Looks like Diaz is going to be one of those closers who gets bored and as a result finds enjoyment in creating tough situations for him self to get out of. Meanwhile giving every M's fan heart palpations and anorisms. Especially with a 3 run lead. But he's lockdown with a 1 run lead. But hey, a win is a win.

He was really good for a long time this year. Just looks like his command is gone and he hasn't been able to put guys away. Disappointing.

And the Cubs' bullpen has now blown this game twice. This time for good and helped by a horrible Javy Baez relay throw. lol. It wasn't worth playing any longer at this point. Maybe the pen can blow the game 3x tomorrow?
