Phillies have 8th overall pick. Most likely choosing a college pitcher.

Of course I'm anxious to see where local stars Brendan McKay, Drew Ellis, and Jordan Adell get drafted.

Re: 6/12 - 6/25 Game Discussion Thread
Draft day is always fun and since the Jays have the off day today I can pay close attention to it. I love that the Blue Jays media does a pretty good job of covering what the team did on the draft. Unfortunately since this year the Jays were on the road we didn't get the normal interview with the head scout or GM as they usually do during the run up to the draft.
Anywho, I look forward to seeing how Shapiro and Atkins first REAL draft is like as last year they basically allowed Anthopoulos' people to drive the bus for the most part.Member of the Official OS Bills Backers Club

Marco Gonzales getting the start for the Cardinals tomorrow vs the Brewers. His first time pitching in the big leagues since 2015.I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

John Lackey can't stop won't stop giving up homers. Now 18 allowed so far. He's on pace to give up 46 homers for the entire season. Hopefully he is DFA'd or fixes the problem before then.Chicago Cubs | Chicago Bulls | Green Bay Packers | Michigan WolverinesComment

Oh sorry, now that's 19 HR allowed by Lackey. Woofing at the home plate ump in typical Lackey fashion when baby doesn't get his way.Chicago Cubs | Chicago Bulls | Green Bay Packers | Michigan WolverinesComment

Whoa...they just showed the Braves record at the Nationals since 2015: 1-19! I knew it was bad, but good heavens...you almost have to try and be that bad."People ask me what I do in winter when there's no baseball. I'll tell you what I do. I'd like to see his name versus Jose Lima as the record holder.Originally posted by Gibson88Anyone who asked for an ETA is not being Master of their Domain.
