I don't think the D-Backs will let that happen. They are quietly very good, BL WS-caliber IMHO. Think they have a JD Martinez trade in their future.

Jason Heyward with a bases loaded 3-RBI triple to the deepest part of Oriole Park. Nice to see him surging out of the break.

EDIT: Baez with an RBI single to put the Cubs up 7-0 in the 5th. Hopefully the pitching staff won't make tonight's game quite so interesting.

16th inning for BoSox and Yanks. And they have to play 2 tomorrow. Going to be some tired people out there tomorrow.

Sigh...Braves' pen doing their best to blow it again. We would be nipping at Washington's heels if it wasn't for the pen this year.

Cardinals with 4-0 victory over Pirates. Lynn looked good today. Maybe increasing that trade stock??

Matt Chapman 3 for 3 with a double career HR number 1 and 2 today off Kluber. Not bad rook.

And as I type that, Davis with the walkoff!

They could be playing the Bad News Bears for all I care... scoring 19 runs in 2 games is big for the Cubs offense.

Brewers take the series from the Phillies w/o blowing it out of proportion.

Came here to say the same thing, but I guess if you go by save %, the Braves have the worse pen between the two. If the Braves continue to play this well the rest of the season, it will be interesting to see where they fall, but for right not we should feel lucky to even be in contention for a potential wild card spot. At no point in this season have we even been over .500 and the only time we were not under .500 is when we were 6-6 on a 5 game winning streak.

All I see is a team over-performing at the moment.
