Cardinals optioned Stephen Piscotty to AAA.

Late response but not surprised by this. Piscotty is out of sorts at the plate. Maybe a 3-4 week stint at Memphis will help him find his swing

After last night the Cardinals have scored at least 10 runs in their last 3 games

Yep, and the AL Wild Card is gonna be crazy too, as much as I hate the thought of a 162 Game season coming down to one game (ridiculous!) it is undeniable that the new Wild Card format has injected an enormous deal of excitement and drama to September and the 1 Game Playoff in and of itself.
