HELP: I'm trying to track down a method of training for pitchers

I saw an interview a few months ago on "MLB Now" with a guy who I think worked with Dodgers' pitchers, though I don't think he was affiliated with the Dodgers, at the very least I'm pretty sure he was at Dodger Stadium for the interview...

At any rate, the method of training he was advocating was one that was not a one size fit all, and emphasized pitchers more or less going by feel when they train. The idea being that they know their bodies more than anyone, and that each guy has a different body type with different capabilities, and that trying to funnel a pitcher into a set workout put him more at risk for injury.

He gave a link to a website that went over the training. I checked it out, but did not bookmark it, and am now trying to track it down. Kind of feels like a long shot that I will find it, but hopefully someone knows what I'm talking about.

Unfortunately I don't have any more information to go on. I forget the guy's name. Again, it was on the show "MLB Now" on The MLB Network a few months ago (well, sometime in the off season).

    Any help is appreciated!

I've come across that one before, even on the MLB Network I think, however that's not the one I had in mind.

Found it, from this article on Driveline:

The guy's name is Alan Jaeger, website is Jaeger Sports:

Here's an article that goes over his approach:

Alan Jaeger is not a scientist. Doesn't pretend to be one, either. So when he talks about what he does, which is helping baseball players develop their arms, he
