It doesn't really matter really because I may just go ahead and buy the package but i'm just curious. Thanks.

MLB.com question
So I was perusing MLB.com this morning and I notice they have a whole internet broadcasting network. The one major problem is with the cooperstown channel. It shows very grainy and with horrible sound. I'm not sure if it's my computer or not. Now what i'd like to know is if I purchase the offseason package will the feed bump up to a broadband quality?
