Mike had some great defensive years here in St. Louis, and I'll miss him. But definitely not for $9 million. I'm sure he is all smiles right now.

Anything to get the cancer Pierzynski out, is fine with me. Something told me that the Giants finally might have let Torrealba get a shot at the job, but no.

Defense was horrible last year, good to see them taking steps to resolve that.
