I am pretty sure the baseball world knew this was coming. I think he is a pretty good player who could fit in nicely with some clubs. However, he has been known to get under peoples skin and sometimes rubs teammates and other players and umps the wrong way.Comment

I think the Pirates would be very intrested in A.J to fill in as a catcher. The one thing though is that if he's on waivers and the Pirates claim him I believe they will have to go to arbitration with him, something they're not going to want to do. If he clears waivers I think the Pirates will jump on him, but the Pirates don't want to go to arbitration with any more people then they are already.Comment
