Cubs getting no hit through 4, in a 0-0 tie.

The Cub offense has looked all too consistently like this against Brewers pitching in recent years. They must have the mother of all scouting reports on the Cubs.

EDIT: That's no hits thru 5 now. Gio Gonzalez might as well be Sandy Koufax out there.

Minter didn't give up a run? Is this a dream?

I see that Paxton was on the homer per inning program against Boston today.

I only saw the score. I didn't realize they were playing the series in London again.

Cubs scratch out an infield single in the 6th. No no no for Gio.

The follow-up however - much better.

Listening to the game on radio tonight, and we have Pat Hughes and Zack Zaidman in the Cubs' radio booth. Kinda weird having legendary PBP-man Hughes in the color commentator role with Zaidman doing the PBP.

Come back soon former All-Star Ron Coomer.

Big win tonight. The Phillies looked like they could have been heating up heading into the series.

A lot of these divisional races are getting pretty interesting. We have Mookie Betts getting hot. Goldschmidt is heating up (seems like he goes hot and cold every year). Jose Ramirez is starting to show signs of life in Cleveland. Sprinkle in some trade deadline stuff and it figures to be a compelling couple of months ahead.
