They had favorable pitching matchups sure but compare the contact vs ST Louis vs here and it's amazing. They were killing the ball this weekend. The 1st game they could've easily score 10+ runs.

It’s incredible how bad Boston pitching has been this year; good chance they don’t even make the post season.

What a difference 15 years makes. Now I find myself happier when the Yankees beat Boston than the other way around. lol

When they both lose is still ok, though.

There are few things as pretty in sports as watching a great defensive CF; the Red Sox might be watching their season go down the tubes, but JBJ can still run it down in CF. What a catch!

You do know the Braves play in a division that 3 of the 4 teams (besides the braves) are in the bottom half of the leagie in runs scored right?

Wasn’t about Braves division...about the fact Greene has been facing the White Sox/Royals.

                          Interesting nugget from Philadelphia yesterday.

The teams combined to homer for the cycle.

The White Sox hit a Grand Slam, a 3-run home run, and a solo shot. The Phillies hit a 2-run home run.

Those were the only home runs in the game.

Fully behind the Red Sox missing the playoffs after what transpired over the past week. In fact, I will be openly rooting against them for the remainder of the regular season. They don’t deserve to make it, so let someone who does make it.
