Well...Braves have made it interesting in the 9th with 3 homers...would have been nice of the pitching staff not to throw batting practice.

What do we stall for time so Steve Cishek can get in there to blow the game at that point?
Yeah I can see it when it got to Harper I kinda thought this was coming. if Strop was coming in he should've been coming in clean. and that's where it goes back to if you Push Darvish another inning then you have Wick/Ryan/Strop you have more options. Joe always seems to push the wrong starters. It seems like Lester is the only one he is willing to push. Darvish never gets that chance same with Hendricks.

Also the backup SS where they failed to address in the offseason if you have a legit even glove 1st backup SS then you can put Bote at 2B where he's better and this doesn't happen. Bote is not a SS in any sense of the word.

Just realized Cody Bellinger already has 104 career HR's and he's only 24.

Trout and Bellinger tied at 40 a piece.

Bellinger is also the youngest Dodger to ever hit 40 home runs in a season.

And the Dodgers are the first team ever to hit 4 home runs in 4 straight games.

Did anyone see Heyward in right field on the Harper walk-off? As soon as it was hit, he was like: "Welp, time to beat traffic getting out of here."

Credit to Harper there, though. Holland made his pitch, he just beat it. And that he did by a longshot (pun intended?).

When you realize that you can't stream the game at the gym but don't care because your team is down 5-0 facing Yu Darvish and then you look at the score online to see the final....

Apparently that was the only homer Holland has given up to a lefty over the past 2 seasons.

I don't love that Holland and Ryan are our two answers to lefties as neither one has overwhelming stuff, but Holland was making some pretty good pitches in that Harper AB, just flat out got beat by a good hitter.

                        Now that's good sportsmanship.

Yu Darvish has made 7 starts after the All-Star Break. In those 7 starts (42 IP), he has 57 Ks against 2 BBs.

Really glad Darvish is back to normal.

Also Trout went 4-4, had 4 runs and 1 HR tonight.

Moments like Bryce Harper's walkoff grand slam are why I feel that baseball is the greatest sport on the planet.
I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

I was literally jumping up and down on my bed when he hit that. Woke up my wife. Lol.
