I don't think thats an MLB problem. I think that all sports do this. The Vikings and others have continually talked about LA to get their new stadiums built and Charlotte Hornets tried to move to Memphis to scare the city into building them a new stadium before going to New Orleans.

I agree but its slightly worse in baseball with the Twins and the Expos and such. Youre right it occurs in the NFL but its on a different level in MLB.
