He started a few games in center last year when Lofton went down with an injury... and this kid was all hustle. His first game I believe he run full speed into the wall to make two catches and left marks on the wall. He got a standing ovation every AB that game and the next.

I hope with Lofton gone he'll get some time in Center and sit Giambi's behind down on the bench.

I'll echo the Sojo and Bubba Crosby sentiments...loved those guys.

Also:

Ted Lilly (when he was with the Yankees, he threw two 1 hitters in a season as a spot starter, then was promptly traded...big mistake...he's a name now I guess)
