It’s not every day you hear a Yankees suck chant at a game in Washington. Boston fans must have traveled well

Washington was actually winning 5-1 and blew it. Sucks

Soto just watched it. Alright it's set. Yankees and Boston.

When you finish 1-game out like Toronto just did you look at every game over 162 that you SHOULD have won and blew...such a long offseason for a team like that.

Pains me to have to root for Boston and Los Angeles but, the format is the true enemy.

I mean I won't be rooting for them. But it would be the just result.

                Well.

Lots of highlights and lowlights to the Jays season.

Played home games in Dunedin and Buffalo before coming back to Toronto.

Set some records with an amazing lineup.

Overall the starting rotation was pretty reliable.

                Bullpen needs improvement.

As a fan I’m very proud of what the team accomplished.

They didn’t make it but the players have nothing to be ashamed of.

Nothing but love for my team.

                See you next season.

The NL East could’ve warned you on how terrible the Nats bullpen was this year.

Praise God the extra innings rule and the 7 inning doubleheaders are gone. For now.

Now we can watch legitimate baseball despite the illegitimate results during the season which led to the teams involved.

Nevertheless, it'll be nice to return to the real sport from an actual-game basis.

Does the free runner go away in the post season?

                        Yes

It was for regular season games only

Not as painful as the final week of 1987... but if I'm even thinking about '87, that means it was bad.

I don't think the Jays were beating TB in the ALDS anyways, but it is the playoffs, anything can happen.

They had such a historic season across the board and did basically everything but make the playoffs.

Don't think any fanbase right now will be happier about expanded playoffs than the Jays fans.

Not even close to the 1987 collapse.

I give credit to Boston and New York for pulling out the wins today. It was a great day of baseball

Fun season by my Blue Jays but 91 wins won't come easy next season since we're likely to lose Semien and Ray. I imagine some team will throw ridiculous money at Matz, too.
