Man, I thought losing Chip Caray was going to be a big blow for me listening to Braves games, but Brandon Gaudin has been a fine replacement with great chemistry with Frenchy, Moylan, etc.

However, he is not with the team for the Detroit series, and his absence is heavily felt with Ben Ingram in his place. The Tigers' broadcasting crew isn't any better, so I guess I just have to settle with the "Parker Bros" (Ben & Peter).

So....do you call what just happened to the Pirates "clocking in a run"? Pitch clock violation becomes ball 4 with the bases loaded.

Inning has exploded following that with the Cubs erasing a 5-1 deficit off the Pirates' pen.

Only the Pirates could turn a comfortable 5-1 lead into a 7-5 deficit. Bullpen is horrible. I'd be amazed if they aren't swept tomorrow.

I know Pirate's pitching sucks, but this umps strike zone is horrible.
