    8/28 - 9/10 Game Discussion Thread

    And we have reached September.

    Where does the time go?
I can't shave with my eyes closed, meaning each day I have to look at myself in the mirror and respect who I see.

I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

Acuña's one long ball away from becoming MLB's first 30-60 player, and it's not even September!

He was just assaulted by two fans in RF…fans should never have been able to get that close. If he had been hurt, that would be so angering.

Most of the time fans can easily outrun security, which is a concerning issue too.

This had to be a group of people right? No way random fans unaffiliated with each other all decided to do it at the same time? At any event really, if multiple fans did try that at the same time, they're probably getting through.

Totally different outcome, thankfully, but it reminds me of I think KC years back when two dudes came out of the stands unabated and attacked the first base coach.

I don’t even know…after seeing even more video it’s even more insane. He could have torn something again, etc, because he wasn’t expecting that at all. Every big league game I’ve been to has security around the perimeter of the field that stands in the field during warm ups in between innings, pitching changes, etc. That was incompetence and apathy on display by security.

The Braves set the franchise single-season home run record tonight. We still have a month of season left.

Looking forward to this Braves/Dodgers series; two best teams, 4 MVP candidates on the field, should be fun.

Acuna should have had Betts’ homer…he was there.

Jays playing at Coors field this weekend.

Too bad Bo won't be playing. He still hasn't had a game at Coors field (where his dad played for 7 seasons) in his career and won't get another shot until 2025.

Unless I’m looking at it wrong, none of the games are on national TV. That seems like a mistake.

Is MLB Network not a national network? I know last nights game was on there…I assumed tomorrow would be on Fox and Sunday on ESPN. That seems like a big miss…
