Varsho starting to show why the Jays traded Guriel and Moreno to get him from Arizona. Fifth homer in eight games and another good defensive play tonight.

Can the Jays apply to change divisions?

They'd be a 100+ win team if they got to be in any other division.

We're one of only two teams to have won multiple World Series without ever having a 100-win series. Florida/Miami is the other franchise.

I wonder if I'll ever see a 100-win Jays team in my lifetime. Even Tampa has had a 100-win season on their shoe string budget.

They definitely will...if MLB ever realigns, which I see happening once they do expansion, whenever that may be (NHL is crazy/real stupid enough to want 34 teams, yet they're easily getting billions of dollars in "free money" by doing so, MLB definitely could do 32)

Once new divisions happen, I see Jays going out of the ALE and probably being in a division with the likes of Detroit and Cleveland.

Or who knows, maybe MLB does 8 team divisions and gets rid of interleague/AL and NL and we basically combine the two east divisions (and form 2 diff east divisions based on the east and central division teams).

Last year, Jays were a .620 team outside their division, but the Divisional games brought them down to a .550 team.

Sad part is that their current window is closing fast. They have until 2025 or 26 until their big SPs are gone, and they'll have to pay Vladdy and Bo too. They need to act asap. It's just frustrating to watch the team because on paper they should be way better, so how do you blame the GM for that? The way I see it, if a team on paper should be good, you can't blame the GM for it.

On one hand, Jays have won 4 series in a row.

On the other hand, 3 of those 4 series they had a chance to sweep and lost the final game of the series.
