Hard to believe JD Martinez just hit the first walk off HR of his career

      The Mariners offense is offensive.

Julio can't get right. Swinging for the downs AB

Garver and Polanco have been abysmal acquisitions.

They let Teo walk due to strikeouts.. now they're certain to trade Ford or another top prospect for a bat.

They're wasting the best pitching in franchise history.

That IL stint seems to have really helped Diaz, he’s been dialing it up to 100 the last two nights when he had previously been topping out around 97 all year. Nice save wiggling out of some trouble last night

Obviously the more you score the more you win, but Jays are 32-11 when they score at least 3 runs (compared to 1-25 when scoring under 3, the 2nd most losses in the MLB and 5th most games doing so).

How they haven't fired their hitting coach yet is beyond me.

That's what they did back in 2009 or so when everyone got fired and they brought back their world series staff with Cito and others. Suddenly the team turned it around but they did the change too late and they couldn't overcome the deficit. That was the sole reason Jose Bautista went from a utility bench player into an all star silver slugger.

Vlad and others are suffering because of it but they badly need a new person brought in before their bad habits stick for good.

Signs of life in Austin Riley’s bat. First 210 at bats of 2024, 3 HR. Last 9 at bats, 3 home runs. We’ll need him to play at his normal level to have a chance at catching Philly.

What a sad sight looking at the NL standings, only four teams over .500

Someone needs to shift themselves a few inches the other way behind the plate
