Jackson Jobe's practice sessions have been insane this offseason, he threw 3 pitches 100 MPH!!

Im hoping we can build on last season's magical postseason run, Scott Harris didnt really sign a big FA but I think we could b just fine this year.

We open the season in LA against the Dodgers, yikes!!

Just saw the Cubs pitcher challenge a ball call, overturned to a strike.

Gotta say, don't love the flow of it. Not going to like these overturned strikeouts come back or whatever.

Yeah yeah, get the calls right... doesn't mean I have to be a fan of it. Even I thought it was a strike beforehand myself, but I'm just not in love with such a system.

I am curious as to how they'll strategize their limits, though. He challenged it on an 0-1 pitch in the first inning. Maybe better saved for later? Not sure.

Lost in all the excitement of baseball being back, the "baseball club formerly known as Oakland but now are in Sacramento and are just called the Athletics" played their first game yesterday.

The look of the team is fine since they can still keep the A's and the colours and have Athletics on their jerseys, but stil feels weird just having the Athletics.

Between the Washington Football Team, Utah Hockey Club and now Athletics, sports teams rebrands lately have been so weird.

And being abbreviated as ATH also is just weird. Mets/As (NYMATH) and Rays/As (TBATH) will be funny scorebug matchups.

I like what the Utah Hockey Club did. I wish the Commanders stayed with Washington Football Team. The Athletics should have played twenty games in Sacramento, twenty in Las Vegas, twenty in San Antonio, and twenty in Charlotte, And should have called themselves USA's.
