Exactly. I doubt that anyone would want to lie in front of a grand jury unless they were protecting family or freinds as in Lil Kims case. As for the Bonds case, she has no reason to lie. Sure, money may be a influence but the consequences of lying to a grand jury is'nt worth the money.

This woman stated the obvious. Nothing surprising about that. If she was in it for the money, then she would have written a tell all book, "Wild Times, Illicit Affairs: A "Juiced" Affair with Steriod's Bad Boy." Then she would be everywhere like one other imbecile.

People will always believe what they want. Bonds can dig into the batters box with a syringe hanging out of his hindparts and some will still insist that he is clean and baseball has no steroid problem.

And people could also see Bonds showing no signs of steroid use, and they would find something else to hate him for, it goes both ways.

Bonds has given lots of people plenty of reason to dislike him over the years. I find it hard to have any sympathy for him now that the media is piling on him. He took great pleasure in treating the media and fans like dirt for many years.

Well that's what most people would think. You would also think that the consequences of robbing a bank wouldnt be worth the money, but people still do it. I'm not saying she's lying, but money is a very powerful thing and it makes people do stupid stuff.
