Luckily as a Braves fan in the south, I get to see all their games on TBS, Turner South, or FSN. If I lived anywhere else I would probably have to buy some package to see them all. I can deal watching Sportscenter to see all the other teams.

Nope. I get my baseball fix from the 160 Braves games shown on 4 channels and the nightly edition of Baseball Tonight(with the occasional Cubs/White Sox game on WGN)

I got the free preview, and have stayed up late each night this week watching West Coast games. $169 makes me think about it, though.

I'm glad I'm not the only one using the free preview to it's full extent. Yesterday I did nothing but watch games. Probably watched 2 or more innings of every game they had.

$169 is a lot of money for games of teams I don't care for. I already get All the giants and A's games already, plus the braves on tnt. Maybe if I didn't get giant games i would order or if I'm rich.

I went ahead and purchased it for my comp, I figure I won't log out.

Their were alot of teams/players I wanted to see this year and I figured that I might as well go for it

I called best buy up and I'll need to buy a S Cable port for my comp, about 150$, and a cord 15-20$ if I want to connect to my TV. So I might do that...

If only Charter included NESN, I probably wouldn't have purchased this

However i'll be getting the Rogers sports pak in late July/early august

It's not just MLB but NFL, NHL (when it comes back) OHL, NCAAFB, NCAABBALL, NFLE, NASCAR In Car

and it's only 24.95 a month

I got the MLB Extra Innings package again this year. This is my 3rd straight year to get it and I couldn't imagine being without it.

I got it. Was debating on whether or not to get that or the online one from MLB.com but went with extra innings. It is a bit pricey but considering all the games in the baseball season its not too bad. NFL on the other hand seems over priced the the amount of games you get.

We had gotten it here for years, and my dad decided not to this year.

Doesn't really matter, because we still have all the FSN channels, plus YES (for my Yankee fix) and other channels like NESN, Comcast, etc.

You can't see say a Redsox game on NESN though unless you have extra innings or I belive i that market (which from your avatar it looks like you aren't). I have the sports package on directv that gives me all the regional channels. But unless you have a package like MLB, NBA etc... those games willbe blacked out on those channels. All you get are the pre and post game shows and other shows they have on there.

Well I went and Bought it anyway, the reason being Is I always watch the west coast games at night and I enjoy flipping back and forth watching all the games, I ordered the NBA package this year and it was a total waste for me, I watched like 5 games, I don't have the love for the NBA like I used to. I been wathing a lot of the Baseball game on the Extra inings package all week, wso since I've been watching it all week I said what the heck i love baseball and I can't get enogh of it so I ordered it, I have a baseball overload all week, it's great.

Did they raise the price $20 this year? I seem to remember the early special was $129 last year...

wow I can't believe all the agme I've been watching, I really mean it, this is the first time I ever got MLB extra inings and I can't stop watching it. I haven't watched a movie or a tv show all week, I work 8am-4pm, and I watch baseball all night, and yesterday and today all I watched was baseball, I love it. I have a real bad baseball overload right now.
