Why is Gagne suspended?

This is what Sportsline says under Gagne's news for fantasy:

News: Injured Dodgers closer Eric Gagne was suspended for two games and fined an undisclosed amount Friday for violating the terms of a previous penalty imposed by Major League Baseball. He has been sidelined by a sprained ligament in his right elbow. His suspension will begin after he is activated from the DL. "It's bad for the team. We're going to be short-handed two days," said Gagne, who said he hasn't decided whether he will appeal the suspension. Gagne threw 37 pitches during a bullpen session Friday and is scheduled to throw again Sunday.



I'm going to assume its not steroids so does anyone know what its for?

Gagne was suspended for heckling home plate umpire Bill Hohn about balls and strikes and was ejected in the fifth inning of the Dodgers/Giants game in San Francisco on april 6th.

In the Baseball rule book rule 3.17 states "players on the disabled list may not take part in any activity during the game such as warming up a pitcher, bench jockeying, etc."

Basically Gagne was suspended for bench jockeying.
