Funny stuff tonight, Mets fans. I've gotta say though, weak sauce by Santana tonight. 105 pitches through 8, you know you don't have a closer and your bullpen sucks, first place on the line against the defending division champs and you can't finish the game? Or at least try? WEAK.
....but we'll take it. This year's struggles aside, Jimmy's still the MVP!Helen: Everyone's special, Dash.

(don't anyone try complaining about him coming out of the game...it's old news. All the lazy out there have to do, is check his HISTORY with the Twins...he has averaged LESS THAN 8 innings per start...and he ain't gonna start throwing 120+ pitches into the 8th inning)
but you know what?
It's not an Earth shattering loss....
60 more games to play....1 game behind...
I still love our chances.

Painful loss.... Santana's neck must be sore from shaking his head... What's a dude gotta do to get a win? Goes 8 solid against the D-backs, shuts 'em out, Billy Wagner comes in and gives up a game tying jack. Now, 8 solid against the Phils, freaking bullpen comes in and blows it... I'm staying far away from FAN tomorrow; I had enough last week listening to that dumb bimbo Kim Jones try to throw Santana under the bus.Comment
