So with Papi retiring after 2016, what do we do as far as DH is concerned?

Move Hanley to DH and let Shaw play 1st (if he's still around)? Bring in someone in free agency to play 1st? Bring in a DH?

I think it's either Hanley at 1st and Pablo at DH, Devers or Moncada at 3rd. Or we bring in a 1st baseman and Hanley goes to DH.
